Navigating pregnancy, birth, and the fourth trimester is one of life’s most profound transitions. Having the right support system in place can transform how you experience every step of that journey.

Whether you are looking for evidence-based care, labor physical support, or overnight help with your newborn, our full-spectrum doula team offers comprehensive services across the Greater St. Louis metro area, Southern Illinois, Southwest Indiana, and Western Kentucky.

Labor is unpredictable, but you don't have to navigate it alone. Our birth doula support is designed to ensure you feel empowered, heard, and supported before, during, and immediately after birth. Depending on your needs, we offer options ranging from essential labor attendance to our Premium package with our founder, Sarah.

• What’s Included: Depending on the package chosen, services include two in-home prenatal visits to map out your birth preferences, continuous physical and emotional labor support (with guaranteed backup), two hours of immediate postpartum care right after delivery, and a follow-up home visit.

• Investment: Packages range from $1,000 to $2,500. Payment plans, sliding scale options, and insurance/HSA coverage help make care accessible.

The transition home with a new baby should be a time of healing and bonding, not overwhelm. Our postpartum doulas step in to offer hands-on help tailored to your family's routine, allowing you to rest and recover while learning your baby's cues.

• Daytime Support (8 AM–8 PM): Assistance with newborn care, light household reset, meal prep, and emotional check-ins. ($30–$40/hr based on location).

• Overnight Support (8 PM–8 AM): Get predictable, restful sleep while a trained doula manages nighttime feeds, diaper changes, and soothing. ($40–$55/hr based on location).

Childbirth & At-Home Education

Knowledge builds confidence. Our custom classes take the guesswork out of labor and early parenthood, providing evidence-based information in a relaxed, zero-judgment environment.

• Group & Private Classes: We cover everything from stages of labor, comfort techniques, and partner roles to newborn safety and infant feeding. Classes are available in-person across the St. Louis and Rolla regions, as well as virtually.

• Investment: Group sessions start at $75/couple, with private custom sessions ranging from $250 to $350.

Lactation Support

Feeding your baby should feel manageable and sustainable, regardless of how you choose to do it. Our lactation sessions offer personalized, one-on-one troubleshooting for latching, positioning, supply concerns, and easing discomfort.

• In-Home Visit: $150 (1–2 hours)

• Virtual Visit: $100 (1–2 hours)

Placenta Encapsulation

Many parents turn to placenta encapsulation to help support hormone balancing, energy restoration, and natural recovery during the early weeks postpartum.

• The Process: Prepared using the Traditional Chinese Method (TCM), your package includes the encapsulated placenta, a custom placenta print, and a cord keepsake. We manage all pick-up and delivery.

• Investment: $275 (Optional add-ons like forever tinctures and extra prints available).

Newborn Photography

Your baby’s arrival happens in a flash. Professional photography lets you stay fully present in the moment while ensuring those raw, beautiful memories are preserved forever.

• Fresh 48 & Lifestyle Newborn: Soft, intimate sessions in the hospital or your home during the first few days of life (Starting at $550).

• All packages include a full digital gallery and print release.

Doula Mentorship & Business Coaching

For practicing doulas looking to grow a sustainable, heart-centered business, Sarah offers 1-on-1 strategy sessions. Discuss business structure, client systems, pricing models, and sustainable growth practices.

• Investment: $100 per 1-hour Zoom call.
